The Brief

Scale is where handmade brands usually go wrong. The system had to grow tenfold and still feel like it came from one pair of hands.

We kept the irregularity deliberately — a drawn mark, an off-grid label, a colour that shifts across the range — and built the rules around it rather than sanding it off.

What got standardised was everything invisible: substrate, print method, label geometry, and the naming across forty-odd products.
